Q: How do I get a FREE ticket(s)?

A: It’s simple, you can subscribe to be on our ticketing database. Closer to the Show you will receive an email link to register your FREE ticket.

Then just bring your FREE eTicket along to the Home Show (either on your phone or printed) and show it to the lovely team on the door.

Don’t worry if you don’t get a chance to register beforehand, there’s registration screens at the entry that you can use to get your FREE ticket(s) also.

Q: Do I need to register all of us? What about my children?

A: All attendees over 18-years need to be registered before entering.

Anyone under 18-years do not need to register as they should be accompanied by a registered, adult ticket holder.

Q: How do I get to the Home Show?

A: Visit the Getting there tab under visitor information for all public transport and parking options.

Q: Can I buy from the stallholders at the Home Show?

A: Yes! Exhibitors will be selling their products at the Home Show, sometimes at a special Show-only discount!

Q: Is there an ATM available at the Home Show?

A: No, there are no ATM machines at Wolfbrook Arena so we recommend getting cash out before you arrive at the Home Show. Otherwise, most exhibitors do have eftpos/credit card payment facilities on their stands.

Q: What are the opening hours?

A: Opening hours for our Shows are 10am – 5pm each day.

Q: Is there a cost to attend one of the seminars?

A: No, all our seminars are free to attend and seating is available on a ‘first come’ basis. Please visit our Seminars page to see what sessions you would like to attend!

Q: Are there cloakroom facilities?

A: No, there are no cloakroom facilities available onsite.

Q: Is there a café / food available at the Home Show?

A: Yes, the venue has a popular onsite café serving a range of cabinet food and menu options.

Q: I got a ticket online, but the ticket and/or confirmation receipt didn’t come through to my email.

A: Firstly, please check your junk email box as the email may have been sent there. If it is not there please contact the ticketing team with one of these help links:

Q: How do I change the day of my ticket?

A: Your ticket will work on any day show day during the opening hours of 10am-5pm.

Q: Do I need a ticket if I belong to the building trade?

A: Everyone needs a ticket to enter the event. You can access your tickets via the website 6-8 weeks from the event dates.

Q: Is parking available at the Show?

A: Yes, there is plenty of FREE parking at the venue. Visit our Getting there page for more information.

Q: Who is the organiser of the Show?

A: Exhibitions and Events New Zealand (EENZ) was established by Jane Ford, Managing Director. Its directors have over 40-years of experience developing many of Australia and New Zealand’s best trade and consumer shows.
